Working With NDIS and Aged Care Funding

If you or a family member holds an NDIS plan, modifications may be fully funded. For clients with a My Aged Care assessment, home modifications are now funded through the Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) Scheme under the Support at Home program - a dedicated funding stream separate from your daily care budget.

We work alongside occupational therapists and care coordinators to provide the detailed quotes and documentation needed to get your modification approved and completed.
