Timber handrails to existing internal and external steps. Price depends on run length, number of posts, and fixing substrate.
Doorway widening - from $980
Non-structural internal and external doors. Includes new door, frame, architraves, and hardware. Load-bearing walls require structural assessment - identified at the site visit.

What Affects the Price?
A few things can move a price up from the figures above:
Wall type - tiled walls, brick, or steel-framed homes take more time than standard plasterboard
Site conditions - uneven ground, difficult access, or older homes with non-standard framing
Materials - timber species, rail finish, door grade
Location - jobs outside Albany include a travel allowance, shown clearly on your quote

Zone 4 - Outer regional - Cranbrook, Kojonup, Walpole, Jerramungup - by arrangement
When three or more modifications are completed in a single visit, the minimum fee is typically eliminated entirely.

Funding We Work With
NDIS - plan-managed and self-managed participants
We provide itemised fixed-price quotes in NDIS-required format. We are not currently a registered NDIS provider - agency-managed participants should confirm suitability with their support coordinator before engaging.
Support at Home - AT-HM Scheme
Home modifications are funded through a dedicated stream under the Support at Home program, separate from daily care budgets. We provide quotes and completion documentation in the format required for AT-HM claims.
DVA - Rehabilitation Appliances Program
We carry out home modifications for eligible veterans under the DVA Rehabilitation Appliances Program. DVA pays the provider directly - no cost to the veteran.
